For Better Life! GO! GO! GO!

1. Take a 10-30 minutes walk every day. And while you walk, smile.

2. Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day.

3. Sleep for at least 7 hours.

4. Live with the 3 E’s – Energy, Enthusiasm and Empathy.

5. Play more games.

6. Read more books than you did last year.

7. Make time to practice meditation, yoga, and prayer. They provide us with daily fuel for our busy lives.

8. Spend time with people over the age of 70 & under the age of 6.

9. Dream more while you are awake.

10. Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and eat less food that is manufactured in plants.

11. Drink plenty of water.

12. Try to make at least three people smile each day.

13. Don’t waste your precious energy on gossip.

14. Forget issues of the past. Don’t remind your partner with his/her mistakes of the past. That will ruin your present happiness.

15. Don’t have negative thoughts or things you cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.

16. Realize that life is a school and you are here to learn. Problems are simply part of the curriculum that appear and fade away like algebra class but the lessons you learn will last a lifetime.

17. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a beggar.

18. Smile and laugh more.

19. Life is too short to waste time hating anyone. Don’t hate others.

20. Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.

21. You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to disagree.

22. Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the present.

23. Don’t compare your life to others’. You have no idea what their journey is all about. Don’t compare your partner with others’.

24. No one is in charge of your happiness except you.

(kalau tak sambung Master ke ape2 ke…this if totally my FINAL yeaaaa~)

akhirnya..
28hb Mei 2003 masuk INTEC..
1hb 9 September fly Korea..
Untuk dapatkan segulung… er no.. got my Diploma now my Degree lah..
huwaaaa~
org lain dah beranak-pinak aku terpisat-pisat kat sini ye…

so wahai gediks ku..
bersabarlah ye..
tuan mu ini akan free dalam masa terdekat..

oh since raya ari Jumaat tu aku ade graduation exam tu so tak bolehlah nak ke Embassy.. *sob*sob*..
sedihh~
tapi takpelah..
graduation exam lagi penting..
aku takde bahan dah nak buat ape-ape untuk raye..
rencah rendang takde..
ketupat takde..
tapi ada pulut sikit..
ayam pun ada sikit..
so raya haji ni aku makan pulut kuning bersama ayam beriani+cili kering+serbuk kurma.. konon-konon nak buat ala-ala rendangkan..
beriani punye rempah pun jadik la..
asal kaler nak dekat same..

Netizens roaarrr again..

Kepada sesiapa yang mengikuti Infinity Challenge(무한도전) episod terbaru of course dah tahu 6 of them already flew to New York city to introduce Korean food to the New Yorkers..

Saya tengok episod tu semalam. Some of it adalah kelakar.. but some of it adalah kasihan. Yu Jae Sok(우재석) dalam dunia entertainment Korea memang terkenal dengan Nation MC di mana Jae Sok menerima berbiliion won setahun..

Too bad dorang nampak sangat teruk dalam episod kali ni. Second day sampai New York dorang kena pusing-pusing in the city and ask around about Korean food to the New Yorkers. Tapi dorg tak boleh nak tanya since dorang tak pandai sangat English.. i mean.. cannot even ask proper sentences and mumbling in 한국말..Nampak dorang ni dari negara Asia yang buat rancangan bodoh-bodoh je la..
Too bad..

Dan adikabang Tablo,David Lee pulak post pendapat dia dalam cyworld minihompy dia and suddenly kena bashed dengan netizens..

Rakyat Korea cakap David Lee ni dah macam anti-Korea. sebab bagi pendapat tentang kebodohan episod kali ni yang nak bawak 무한도전(Infinity Challenge) punya members pergi New York.Dia pertikaikan why lah MBC or penerbit rancangan tu tak nak ambik translator who can speaks English so takde lah nampak bodoh sangat plus communication pun senang..

Most yang setuju dengan idea David ni of course la kyopo(gelaran untuk rakyat Korea yang duduk oversea) setuju sangat-sangat. They agreed yang low-grade Korea comedy ni tak payah bawak sampai ke New York sebab orang Korea rasa tu kelakar tapi untuk orang putih mesti fikir dorang ni retards dari Asia.

Yang tak puas hati of course la orang-orang Korea yang tak pernah keluar langsung dari Korea dan fikir apa salahnya orang Korea bercakap bahasa Korea. 우리는 어디에서나 창피히지 않게 한국말을 하자라고 했다.. tapi..siapa sangat yang faham bahasa Korea? tell me please..

Biasalah..setengah orang cakap kalau tak guna bahasa Korea nanti risau berapa puluh tahun akan datang since semua orang asyik cakap English siapa pulak nak cakap bahasa Korea kan..
tapi teruk la episod kali ni..but to tell u the truth.. SAYA ENJOY sebab kelakar and saya memang sukaaaaaa lawak Korean… hahahaha

lawak dorang ni kena fikir out of the box so memang different dengan lawak mat saleh ni yang selalunya sinikal dan sarcastic.

so sekarang memang tengah kecoh gila kat Korea ni..

Melancong ke Korea-Melawat Inha & Beli barang di Homeplus

Lepas sampai tu..lepak-lepak dulu and ingat petang baru nak bawak jalan-jalan..
Mak bawak rendang! wehooooo ^^
masak nasi and abah mak nenek tido after solat.
penat la kot..
yelah..
6 jam okay dalam flight..
banyak sangat dah pengalaman saya jua menaiki kapal terbang dan asyik nak tidur aje walaupun dah tidur banyak dalam flight.

Yes.. we got a big pond in Inha University.. haha konon besar la sangat~~

enjoying autumn in my university..

jangan terkejut.. memang University saya ada kapal terbang.. haha uni sapa ada kapal terbang lagi angkat tangan??

Merentas Inha University untuk ke Homeplus .. Kat Homeplus beli barang-barang and tengok-tengok aje..
Tips untuk kenal budaya lain ialah dengan supermarketnya..
dari situ kita boleh belajar banyak benda.. what they eat.. how they eat.. what kind of products they use.. banyaklah..
